UK Delivery Times
- We aim to deliver items to you within a maximum period of 2-3 days using APC Overnight courier delivery service.
- However, our normal delivery times are approximately 1 - 2 days from placing your order.
- By special arrangement, next day pre-12:00hrs delivery can be arranged (with an additional shipping charge of £7.20) or pre-9:00hrs (with an additional shipping charge of £19.20). Please phone for details.
- Saturday is possible by arrangement with an additional shipping charge of £7.20. Please phone for details.
- Note "enhanced service" pre-12:00hrs & Saturday delivery services are not refundable if you require a refund for your order.
International Delivery Times
- Shipping times to e.g. Europe are approximately 5+ working days & to USA approximately 4-5 working days.
Delivery Times - Items Out Of Stock
- If you order an item that is "Out Of Stock", we will email you shortly after receiving your order (within a day) and inform you of the expected delivery date of your order.
- If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you, you can cancel your order & a full refund will be made.
